Power Words for your Resume

Resume is the first activity that decides your fate or receiving a preliminary interview call or not. An intelligent and powerful resume helps recruiter in building a powerful image of yours in her mind.
Here are some of the sample "words" that adds power to your resume:

'Management' capabilities: At your level of experience the capability to manage or delegate tasks to teammates to achieve work objectives is an important deliverable. Consider using words like achieved, handled, launched, inspired, led, conceived, & encouraged, etc. endorse your abilities as a manager.

'Teamwork' related words: Teamwork is more important than ever in the workplace. Words like motivated, coached, expedited, advised, inspired, moderated, coordinated, etc. can express your team engagement capabilities.

'Versatility': Employers value workers who are flexible and able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. In other words, it's sometimes important to be able to handle multiple responsibilities with equal flair.

'Detail-Oriented': Employers want to know that they can trust workers to handle a project down to the last detail. It implies being organized and meticulous about your work and that you can work without constant supervision and act independently. Try words like streamlined, systemized, organized, monitored & gathered, etc. to convey this ability in your career accomplishments.

'Self-Motivated': Employers value employees who are self-starters; people who can generate their own ideas and follow them through to fruition. A self-motivated worker goes the extra mile and does not need direction time & again.
