MBA Article 2: .....WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WOMAN......

.....WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WOMAN......

Women entrepreneur in India-

A SOLID article from Saba Hussain (MBA)...thought provoking and inspirational.

From the last few years women are entering in the corporate word and proving themselves. in the most of the successful companies the CEO are female, it shows the improving status of women in our society, but out of this bright side there is also a dark side, a large par of Indian society still creates obstacles in there path of success & always put a finger. Although in comparison of the past now the condition are much batter and of course their conscience to gain a status in the society to meet their dreams.
Women is the best example of entrepreneur because they advent very dramatically in each and every field with effective managerial and risk calculating skills.

THE LADY OF THE HOUSE-
Being able to manage cost better an ability that comes with firefighting with various income and dreams together at home and at workplace is a huge plus. A women will not stingily with bonus, but it can be only a man’s idea to give the staff a gold coin during Diwali. What do you do with a gold coin I gave everybody a pen I used. A gift is personal. it build solidarity.

THE WAR OF THE WORLD-
A female boss has to work hard to prove our self; she is a burning candle at both the end. Traditional avenues available to the women as teachers and doctors, today’s corporate or corporative world is one of the hierarchy.
If a woman and man are colleagues on the same function, and the women is average- there is no rivalry because the women will make the man look good. But if she is better the man can’t take it, as she will make the man look bad.
When you talk in terms of vice-president or an assistant manager, you have to adopt a behavior to be up and running and be who are in the space,” The bottom-line is – Man or Women- it’s all about performance. But right now the news is: it’s WOMEN ON TOP.

SECRETS OF HER SUCCESS-
• DESIRE TO WIN
• EXCEL IN THE FIELD OF EMOTIONAL INTALLIGENCE
• DESIRE TO BECOME ECONOMICALLY INDEPENDENT
The main problem I think which are facing by the women are-
• Socio-cultural factors, sociocultural factors are the main hindrances in their success path. Peoples always put finger on them.
• Economic dependency on their family.
• India is a man dominant country.
• Small scale industries always facing the problems in the marketing of their products.
